TDO is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach.

4. Classes and Workshops (Note: We're not offering classes at the moment.)

4.1 Registration

Class schedules, locations, and instructor information are subject to change. We will notify registered participants of any significant changes when possible.

4.2 Free Classes

TDO offers classes and workshops free of charge to members and the public. While we do not charge fees, we reserve the right to limit class sizes and require advance registration.

4.3 Attendance and Participation

Regular attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. Participants are expected to follow instructor guidance and behave respectfully toward other students and instructors.

4.4 Safety and Health

Participants engage in dance and physical activities at their own risk. Please inform instructors of any health conditions or injuries that may affect your participation. TDO is not liable for injuries sustained during classes or rehearsals.

5. Events and Performances

5.1 Event Information

Event details including dates, times, venues, and programs are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Ticketing

When applicable, ticket sales and pricing are determined by event organizers or venue partners. TDO is not responsible for ticketing issues related to third-party vendors.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of performance cancellations, refund policies will be determined on a case-by-case basis in coordination with event organizers and venues.

5.4 Photography and Recording

By attending TDO events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Images and videos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

6. Code of Conduct

All members, participants, and attendees agree to:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy

• Follow instructions from TDO directors and instructors

• Refrain from disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour

• Respect TDO property, costumes, and equipment

Violation of this Code may result in removal from classes, events, or membership termination.

7.1 Ownership

All content on the TDO website, including text, images, videos, choreography, music arrangements, and costume designs, is the property of TDO or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

7.2 Usage Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from TDO content without written permission.

By submitting photos, videos, testimonials, or other content to TDO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share such content for promotional purposes.
